It is our pleasure to invite you to attend the XXVII Scientific Meeting of the Australian Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology Inc. (ASCCP) in Sydney from the 16th - 19th June 2022. We have an excellent panel of invited speakers, both international and local, and I am sure you will not be disappointed with the scientific and social programmes. The venue for the meeting is the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park.

The theme is Current Issues and Future Directions: Preventing Cervical Cancer 2022. Invited international speakers include Theresa Freeman-Wang Consultant Gynaecologist, Whittington Health and President-Elect of British Society Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (BSCCP), Kathleen Schmeler Director of the MD Anderson Cancer Center and Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital colposcopy clinics, and David L. Kolin, Associate Pathologist, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School.

Eradication of Cervical cancer in Australia and New Zealand, as well as around the world, is the ultimate aim. The meeting will provide updates on primary HPV screening, as well as dealing with management issues of the lower genital tract. More information on the program can be found here on the conference website.

As always, there will be ample time for questions and discussion.

We hope that you will be able to join us for the meeting and look forward to seeing you in Sydney.
